St George invited an educational training company over from the UK to give our staff and staff from other local schools a day’s training on “growth mindsets”.
It was an enjoyable day and fantastic to learn more about how we can motivate our students to set aspirational challenges for themselves and to ensure that we teach every child to have a “I can do” attitude and to have “tenacity and grit” in life.
The training fits perfectly with one of our schools mottos of “never, never never give up!”
