The annual primary speech competition was held, once again, this was a great success with all the children from Year 1 to Year 6 writing and delivering a speech based on a topic.
In Year 1 and 2, the children spoke about ‘why we love our family’, Year 3 and 4 discussed whether “animals should be kept in captivity or not” whilst Year 5 and 6 discussed whether “the internet is harmful to children”.
All the teachers have been impressed with the standard of the speeches and a big well done to all the class winners who read their speeches on the stage!
