The data included in the ISAMS educational platform will be processed by BRITISH&INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL XXI, S.L. for the purpose of managing the relationship that the Centre has with each User, according to their profile (Student, Parent/Guardian, Teacher, Manager).

Likewise, each centre may, for the same purpose, carry out the non-automated processing it deems necessary or appropriate, as well as communicate the data to persons from the centre for better knowledge and management of the same.

The basis for legitimate processing is educational management and consent.

 

– Processing of the Centre’s student data.

The data of the students of BRITISH&INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL XXI, S.L. will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Compulsory schooling of the pupil in accordance with current legislation.
  • As tuition fees, monthly fees and voluntary donations.
  • Complementary services, extracurricular activities, organisation of educational, sports and leisure activities.
  • Processing of health data for the purpose of meeting the specific needs of the learner, where appropriate.
  • Processing of images of those pupils who have given their prior consent, which may appear in videos and images on the website, social media, the centre’s notice board, etc., for the purposes of their participation in different activities and projects organised by the centre, with the aim of promoting and promoting the centre’s activities.
  • Processing of identification data and browsing history: In order to ensure security in the use of networks by our students, with the legitimate interest that protects us as responsible for the treatment, implements in all electronic devices and computers of its students provided by the school, such as e-books, Chrome Books, ICTLabs, photography, computers, iPads, etc., a tool for the control and blocking of Internet browsing, called Smoothwall, appropriate to the requirements of current legislation on data protection, to protect them from offensive or not recommended websites in order to safeguard the moral integrity of the students. We add the devices in our systems to identify them and manage the wifi-controlled connection. It will be operational both when using the school wifi and when using other wifis. This tool monitors end-user activity in order to identify or log related activity and block prohibited uses. It is installed on the aforementioned computers, and passwords to school related accounts (email, drive, etc) are configured for this use. The identification data of pupils and their parents or guardians and recorded browsing history will not be used for advertising purposes or for profiling pupils.

 

Processing of data of third parties

As a general rule, BRITISH&INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL XXI, S.L. will only process the data provided by its owners. In case of receiving data from third parties, you must previously inform and request their consent to such persons, or otherwise BRITISH&INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL XXI, S.L. will be exempt from any liability for failure to comply with this requirement.
