This summer, St George Madrid will be offering four different summer camps in our school for children from 3 to 13 years old. You will be able to enrol your children in their favourite choice of camp. You can choose from:

– Musical Theatre Fun with Upstage Musical productions
English Summer camp
26th June-28th July for children from 3 to 13 years old.
Do you want your children to learn without going abroad? St. George British School organises an English immersion summer camp with our native English speaking teachers so that the children can enjoy an international experience without ever leaving Spain. Children come to us with a range of different language abilities and are supported in developing their linguistic skills in an international setting that benefits from all of the facilities available to a premium International school here in Madrid.
The camp offers the possibility of signing up for only the weeks that you need and you can mix and match with our other camps if you wish to

Design with Tiny Architects
3rd–14th July for children from 7 to 13 years old.
Architect Paula Ábalos organises a design and architecture camp in Spanish where children can enjoy a variety of fun architecture-based workshops every week.
The price per week is 375€.

Robotics & Technology with BQ
3rd-21st July for children from 8 to 12 years old.
A technological camp in Spanish where children will engage in a range of fun activities using programming, robotics and 3D printing.

Musical Theatre Fun with Upstage Musical Productions
3rd-7th July for children from 6-13 years old.
Children will be working together and performing through singing, dancing and acting to prepare a musical production in English with a UK-based theatre company.

Summer School, English summer camp in Madrid
All camps run from 09.00-16.00. We also have a bus service available as well as an extended hour in the morning (from 8:00 – 9:00) and in the afternoon (from 16:00 – 17:00) for parents who would like to take advantage of these additional services.
Extracurricular swimming lessons are also available (16:00 – 18:00). Click here if you would like more information about these swimming lessons.

Can children go to a different camp each week?
Yes, they can choose a different camp each week. You can make your choice when you register through the form.
Are the teachers native English speakers?
Yes, our teachers in the English summer camp and the Theatre camp are native English speakers.
Can a child who is not a St George student come to our Summer School?
Yes, students can come to our Summer School from any other school.
Do you have extended hours and a bus service?
Yes, in the morning you can sign up for the Breakfast Club (from 8:00 to 9:00h) and in the afternoon you have a playroom service (from 16:00 to 17:00h). Bus service is available on demand and subject to availability.
Can we come and look round the facilities?
We will have a visit every Friday from 15:00-16:00
What facilities do you have?
We have an outdoor swimming pool, music classrooms, astro-turf football pitch, basketball court, garden areas, covered patio, differentiated children’s area, large auditorium and other breakout spaces as well as our own cafeteria. In addition all our classrooms are air conditioned.
Is there a lifeguard?
Yes, we have a qualified lifeguard on duty when the pool is in use.
Is there a nurse?
Yes, we have a nurse onsite during camp hours.
What sports do they play in the Sports camp?
They are exposed to a range of different sports such as Football, Netball, Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey, Gymnastics, Swimming, Yoga…
Do you have your own cook? Are there any special menus for special dietary requirements?
Yes, we have our own kitchen and the menus are prepared fresh each day. We offer all kinds of specialized menus to cater for allergies and other dietary requirements (e.g. low fat, vegetarian, no pork or veal).
Do the younger children have a siesta?
Infant students of 3-4 years old have a daily siesta of approximately one hour.
What do children need to bring each day?
Sun-cream, sunhat, water bottle, a snack for break-time, bed sheet (infants only), swimsuit, flip flops and towel.
