Careers Education

Careers EducationStudents and parents need sound and well- informed advice about subject choice, particularly at Advanced Level, and opportunities for higher education.

Our support focuses especially on:

  • Helping students to be aware of their capabilities, aptitudes, and potential.
  • Providing information about different options and pathways.
  • Explaining what job opportunities and markets exist.
  • Developing the students’ strategies for decision-making and problem-solving.

In Years 12 and 13, the UCAS coordinator also provides crucial guidance and advice to those students opting to apply to British universities.
